My 3 yr old daughter is finally potty trained. However, she is still scared of public toilets. We bought this seat to help her feel less afraid of "falling in." I havent' had any issues with pinching like I read in other reviews. The reasons I gave it 4 stars: 1. It is sturdy, but bulky when folded 2. mine didn't come with a travel baggie like it was supposed to. Overall, I think it is a good investment.
