I bought this thermometer when I was pregnant and getting all of my baby stuff ready. This thermometer was $10 and all the others were $5. I figured that since it was Graco, that it would be good. WRONG! This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever bought. Number one, it is NOT accurate. With it being flu season and the swine flu being in full force, every time my baby feels warm, I take her temp. Well one night I got 97.9, 105.1 and 101.9. I took the temp 3 times because the first temp did not seem right. Then the second temp came and I freaked for a second and then realized that no way is her temp that high. We then took it again, and who knows if that was even an accurate temp. After taking her temp 3 times and being aggravated, I ran out and bought another thermometer. When I got home and took her temp with the new thermometer, it read 98.9. Note: I also had the same problems as the other reviewer. This product really is garbage.
PLEASE, buy a different thermometer. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stress.

I would love nothing more than to give this stroller five stars, but once again I am completely disappointed by a Graco stroller. This is our fourth Graco stroller. You would think by our third child we would have learned our lesson, but the cute fabric and cheap price lured us in. Here is what my husband and I would tell our friends:

Positive:
1. The fabric is cute and after a year is holding up well.
2. ummm... trying to think of something else nice to say. Guess we'll just have to move on?

Negative:
1. I want to cuss at the canopy because it will NOT stay on. My husband keeps throwing it to the side but I keep insisting on putting it back on to shield our son from the sun. After a few minutes our 13 mo old just pulls it off anyway. SO annoying!

2. The stroller does not fold and unfold properly. Not sure if it's just mine but it's never worked right... but then again this is my fourth Graco and eventually they all did the same thing.

3. The tires will not work on smooth surfaces. Mall? Grocery store? Imagine kicking the tires to try to get them to roll or turn or WORK.

4. The seat recline worked great at first but now it doesn't quite go all the way up.

We were looking for a lightweight stroller that can be used for a 3 - 4 month old baby since we have a heavier Graco travelsystem (which we love!). The Metrolight is very convenient for just a quick run to the store with the baby without having to lug a big travelsystem and when you don't need a car seat.

The only think I would've changed was the folding mechanism, it's very cumbersome b/c the wheels have to be locked in the front, etc. etc. before it can close fully. Trying to fold this stroller while holding a 3 - 4 month old is difficult enough.

I've had this product for 6 months. At first, I thought this was the coolest product and loved being able to see my baby boy at night on the screen. I had a lot of problems with lost signal but I got used to it over time. BUT over the last few weeks, the signal is completely gone. I've tried resetting the camera and parent unit, replacing the battery, standing right in the front of the camera with the parent unit - nothing has worked. I had a really hard time getting in touch with Graco. I would call and the message on the line would say "We have a large call volume right now. Call later." Then it would hang up on me. So frustrating! But I was finally able to get through after many tries and they've agreed to refund me the MSRP. They are supposed to send me a pre-paid FedEx label so I can mail the product back. Then it should take 2-3 weeks to receive my money.

UPDATE 12/23/09: I bought the Summer Infant Slim & Secure monitor and WOW, what an improvement from the Graco imonitor!!! It's the same price ($200), the signal is perfect at any point in my house, and the picture is much better quality. I don't have a lot to compare this seat against, but it seems to work pretty well. I've used this for about 3 months before reviewing.

Pros: Fairly easy to get in and out of the car. There is a cup holder too, which is nice. The seat is also very easy to adjust as your child grows. Works from children 20-100 lbs. so I won't have to buy another seat until we are ready to go to the booster.

Cons: Seems like your child will have to get used to sleeping in it at first. My daughter couldn't figure out how to position her head when she slept. It took about two car trips for her to find a position she liked and now she sleeps comfortably in the seat all the time.

I never had any of the issues that other reviewers had with the cover coming undone nor did I find the clip easy to un-clip. I very please with the car seat.

My husband and I were looking for a "living room" bassinet for our twin babies. After doing extensive research, we bought the Twin Pack n Play. We considered getting a single pack n play, but felt the weight limit (15 lbs for the pack n play in bassinet mode) would preclude us from using it as a portable crib for longer than 1-2 months.

This pack 'n play is considerably bigger than a single. It was fairly easy to assemble, and has 2 "bassinets". Basically it is a single upper mattress, with 2 separate "baby" areas. They hook into the back of the seat and are so easy to take off, just turn and slide through the slot. I've been to friends houses where the straps are so caked with food they are disgusting. When these get a little gunky, I slide 'em out, give them a little rinse (and wipe if needed) under the faucet, dry them overnight and pop them back in in the morning. We've owned this chair for about 10 months and are happy with it. It has a nice wide base and as far as I can tell cannot be tipped over. My 26-pound daughter tries to climb out, bounces around, and generally puts this thing through its paces. Surprisingly, she is a neat eater and I have not had to remove the cover to wash it; I just rub it down with baby wipes every once in a while. I like that the top part of the tray separates, which makes cleaning easier. It does fold up very thin so we can easily take it in the car to the grandparents' house. My biggest complaint is that the locking function on the wheels doesn't work very well. We have vinyl floors and when the baby bounces, she "walks" the chair a few feet forward. A minor complaint is that the cup area in the tray is not big enough for an Avent sippy cup, but the tray is plenty big overall. When baby was 4-5 months old she would fall asleep in the chair, so the reclining function was great. Overall this is a very nice high chair. I purchased this for my 5 month old. And while it is well made, nice looking, and fun (hence the 3 stars) the hang strap is not very adjustable. From the beginning we had it as short as it would go and if my child grows any more, her legs will not be positioned correctly to use the jumper. Our doorways are not particularly low (I think we have 7' doorways). I cleaned the unit (Graco 4-gallon cool mist) every day and filled it with water run through a very good quality countertop filter. Even doing this, I went through two of these $11 filters per WEEK (TWENTY-FOUR TIMES as many filters as stated by the manufacturer!), and simply couldn't afford to spend nearly $90 a month (just in filters!) to run a humidifier. That is, putting it simply, absolutely insane. Design is faulty -- filtered water shouldn't trash a brand-new filter in less than four days. Isn't Philips one of the biggest companies in the world? You think they'd get their product testing right. Hard to believe they'd put their name on something that fails at such a basic level. Clearly they rushed to get this product to market during the recent BPA hysteria.

Hard to say anything that hasn't been said here before. We bought these bottles because they only had one piece to clean (unlike the Dr Brown's). We regret not taking the time to research our bottles when registering. We are considering ditching our $250 investment.

Cons:
- LEAKY. Leaks everywhere all the time, regardless of how you test the bottle when sealing it. You will get milk/formula all over everything. (We also clean the bottles as we're supposed to - handwashed, never in the dishwasher)
- Prone to staining over time - our clear bottles are now dull yellow, four months later

Pros (collectively earn the product a 2nd star):
- Quantities clearly marked on the side of each bottle
- Formula powder premeasured cup is very convenient on the road
- Steamer/sterilizer is well designed

Put it this way: I am taking the time to write this review at 5:00 am after a late night feeding. I got formula all over my shirt and all over my baby, again - it got me so frustrated I had to sit down and write this review in the middle of the night.
