We bought this monitor, because it was so highly rated in Consumer Reports. I can only give this a one star. The volume is so low, I have to stick it beside my head to hear anything. Our house is very large, and the older kids do have lots of computers and electronics going, but this item is worthless in our house. I just hope I can return it.
