Graco imonitor Digital Color Video Baby Monitor

We just purchased this video monitor. Overall, I think its fine, but my biggest problem with it is that the quietest setting for the volume is still too loud for me! There should be an option to have just video and no sound. My house is small and I can hear that my baby is crying, so sometimes I just want to watch to see if she's going back to sleep. And, like others have mentioned, there's a two second delay. So when the monitor is on, it sounds like I have two babies crying!! I really wish I could mute it or at least turn the volume way down. I even put tape over the speaker and that doesn't help that much. The other problem I have with it is that it was a little hard to to find a good position for the camera because it didn't point down far enough. My husband and I ended up just taping it to the crib. The good things are that the picture is pretty good (if you get it close enough, the night picture's not bad) and the sound is crystal clear (even though, it's always too loud for me!).
