I read A LOT about safety ratings, recalls, etc. before purchasing a crib. This crib (as well as the Sarah) received very high ratings for their price point. However, when I read reviews online, many of them were poor because of the difficult assembly. We did not find that this was the case at all. It went together perfectly and looks great. We love it! One thing to be wary of is that the sides of this crib are solid.
